Maintenance

We do a monthly preventive maintenance and safety checklist to assist the owners with staying on top of their properties. This includes changing the A/C filters, testing fire and safety equipment,  making you aware of any recommended preventive maintenance or noted safety concerns.

Having someone on the team to do handyman repairs helps owners respond quickly to any issues that might arise, while minimizing overall repair costs. If a repair is needed outside of  our in house ability, we will help to coordinate repair with a third party vendor.  We have a list of recommended local vendors to assist owner with locating company to perform repair. 

We also provide  landscape and pool maintenance services at a additional cost.
